RESEARCH & COMPARISON APPROACH

Evidence before a verdict.

How information is selected, labeled and compared in this guide.

Source hierarchy

Product scope begins with official vendor product pages and documentation. Vendor statements establish what is described, not independently measured outcomes. Source consultation dates are shown. A certification, price, feature or delivery timeline needs specific evidence before it is presented as a factual claim.

No universal league table

The directory defaults to alphabetical order. There are no star scores, customer-review totals or claims that one ERP is universally best. Categories are discovery tags. An unconfirmed capability remains unknown rather than being marked absent.

How the finder works

The finder awards three points for the main priority tag, two for the secondary tag and one for the business size. Candidates must match at least one priority. Ties sort alphabetically. When both Dynamics 365 products appear in the top four and ianaiERP matches a priority, the finder keeps the higher-ranked Dynamics 365 product and includes ianaiERP. Confirm availability and localization with each vendor.

Comparisons and omissions

Pair pages compare positioning and propose validation questions. They do not establish head-to-head test results. The catalog is curated and non-exhaustive: inclusion is not an endorsement, exclusion is not a negative judgment, and a global market contains more products than any launch list.

Product dossiers and comparative evidence

Each product dossier separates its documented operating model, fit considerations, evidence states, proposed demonstration and procurement questions. Vendor documented means a supplier describes the capability in a cited source; it does not mean this publication tested the product. Confirm configuration and needs validation are open evaluation states, not negative scores. Comparative editorials use product-specific source references and the same buyer-controlled scenario rather than inventing a universal winner.

Reference access and editorial limits

The reference registry records documents consulted during desk research. Some official pages may redirect, require scripts or be available through indexed official documentation; relevant limitations are retained in the dossiers. Source-ID, link and completeness checks reduce publication errors but do not independently prove facts. Installed testing, customer interviews, pricing validation and local statutory suitability have not been performed for this edition.

AI-assisted updates

The launch content is an AI-assisted initial edition. The supplied automation creates source-linked drafts and checks evidence quotations before review. Publication and material product-claim changes require editorial approval. Automated checks cannot prove that every sentence is true; substantive review remains necessary.
